It’s predicted that by 2025, Gen Z will make up about 27% of the workforce – which means, that you’re likely to be working in a multigenerational workplace that’s still figuring out who you are and how you work best. This course is designed to equip you with 5 core skills that will help you self-direct your career, reduce mental burnout and help you create positive multigenerational impact.

Each week we focus on one core technique – we break it down and you get a chance to practise on each other in a safe and encouraging environment. I’ll give you instant coaching so you can go away and put that technique to use immediately with confidence 🙂

By the end of this course you will be able to confidently use five core workplace skills to self-direct your career, reduce mental burnout and create positive multigenerational impact.

  • MODULE THREE: Minto Pyramid: How to structure your communications to get better results.
