It’s predicted that by 2025, Gen Z will make up about 27% of the workforce – which means, that you’re likely to be working in a multigenerational workplace that’s still figuring out who you are and how you work best. This course is designed to equip you with 5 core skills that will help you self-direct your career, reduce mental burnout and help you create positive multigenerational impact.
Each week we focus on one core technique – we break it down and you get a chance to practise on each other in a safe and encouraging environment. I’ll give you instant coaching so you can go away and put that technique to use immediately with confidence 🙂
- MODULE ONE: Strategic self-awareness and self-development: Take control of your personality and learn how to use it effectively in the workplace, make the most of your 1-2-1s with your manager, and understand the different personality types and politics in the office.
- MODULE TWO: Feedback: Use the COIN method to give/receive feedback to peers and managers.
- MODULE THREE: Minto Pyramid: How to structure your communications to get better results.
- MODULE FOUR: Time management: Use your calendar to protect boundaries and maintain healthy working relationships.
- MODULE FIVE: Money management: How to ask for a pay rise so that your boss can say ‘yes’.
